1. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are considered late cancellations.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for sessions cancelled according to the timeline above.
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

4. Payment Issues

  • If a payment fails or is declined, the session will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
  • Any disputes related to payments will be handled in accordance with your payment provider’s policies.
