1. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are considered late cancellations.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are available only for sessions cancelled according to the timeline above.
- Late cancellations or missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
4. Payment Issues
- If a payment fails or is declined, the session will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
- Any disputes related to payments will be handled in accordance with your payment provider’s policies.
